For neveroddo: Mike gets Harvey drunk…
“You could have told me that you turned into a juvenile delinquent when you get drunk,” Mike muttered as he climbed over a safety barrier after Harvey. Suit and all. And really Mike would never have imagined Harvey to do anything like this, let alone giggle like he does when Mike sighs. Harvey’s hand appears in front of his face and he hauls Mike up onto the ledge running around the top of the Pearson Hardman building. Mike sways slightly and Harvey pulls him close.
“I’ll show you juvenile,” he replies and Mike frowns.
“That doesn’t even make sense,” it was Mike’s bright idea to get Harvey drunk after winning yet another big client for the firm and it had all been going fine, Harvey’s wandering hands and big slow grin, hauling Mike by the collar out of the bar and back to the office, stealing kisses on the way.
And now they were on the roof, and Harvey was drunk, and they were precariously balanced on the ledge and one step could have them falling to their dooms.
“Dooms is a stupid word,” Harvey mutters and mike swallows, realises he probably said that out loud or Harvey’s mind reading ability gets more pronounced the drunker he gets. “Look puppy,” he pulls away slightly and leans out and Mike’s stomach knots.
“Ok you know what,” Mike steps off the ledge and pulls Harvey down with him, “enough death defying stunts, you’re not Batman,” Harvey laughs, kisses Mike breathless.
“That would make you Robin,” he says and laughs again and Mike sighs as Harvey steps away and stumbles back over to the door. “Hey,” he exclaimed and bends down, sways and nearly falls, but stands back upright and holds a can of spray paint. Mike doesn’t even want to contemplate how much trouble he is going to be in tomorrow when Harvey no doubt gets paint on his suit but he can’t help but smile at the infectious grin on Harvey’s face. The grin turns to a idea forming smirk and Mike frowns as Harvey darts off around some corner and Mike hears the distinctive noise of spray paint. Harvey throws the can down when Mike rounds the corner and grins again, pulls Mike close and kisses him hard but not before Mike manages to catch the glaringly obvious yellow letters that his immaculate boss painted on the office building roof.
